Conformance goal
Vadrel aims to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for this website. This is an ongoing goal, not a claim of full conformance or an independent accessibility certification. Some content, routes, or third-party destinations may not yet meet every success criterion.
How we design for access
We build accessibility into the experience as the site changes. Current practices include:
- semantic headings, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link;
- keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus indicators;
- readable contrast, scalable type, and responsive layouts;
- text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden decorative imagery; and
- reduced-motion behavior when a user's device preference requests it.
Content and compatibility
The public site is designed for current major browsers and common assistive-technology workflows, including keyboard navigation and screen-reader landmarks. Browser, device, assistive-technology, network, and user settings can change how a page behaves. Links to third-party services and content supplied by others may follow different accessibility practices and are outside Vadrel's direct control.
Testing and improvement
We use code review, automated checks, keyboard checks, and manual review as part of ongoing improvements. We prioritize reported barriers based on their impact and the work needed to address them. We do not promise that every issue will be detected before a page is published or that every barrier can be resolved immediately.
Alternatives and support
If a page, document, or interaction is not accessible to you, email hello@vadrel.com. We can help identify the relevant information, provide it in a different format where reasonably practicable, or discuss an alternative way to complete the intended task.
Accessibility feedback
Please include the page URL, the barrier you encountered, the assistive technology or browser you were using if relevant, and your preferred way for us to reply. We review every report and use feedback to guide future fixes.
